Big changes are coming to Fulshear with a massive new development called Fulshear Junction. Expect over 250 new homes and a bunch of new businesses, which could mean more shopping and job opportunities for residents.
The commission reviewed and approved several preliminary and final plats for new developments, including Tamarron, Fulcher Lakes Hillside, and Fulcher Lakes Way. One final plat, Heritage Crossing, was recommended for denial due to outstanding issues.
